Between us ,

Who were we both ,

Rocked by the waves

Of the ocean ,

Like the South and the North 

When their war had just begun ?

Between you and me ,

Dew dreaming of its source ,

One love lit , seeking yours , 

A shelter on high seas ...

Something was lost

Between the flower and the tree ,

And I could see 

A glow of fire in the mirror 

Where your tears reflected mine ...

But for me and for you ,

Was it just a blue avenue 

When dark waters of the skies

Flowed from your eyes ?

The wind had risen 

Between my fear and your lies ,

Blowing away our smiles ,

What was about to fade ,

What was going to last ?
