Our countryside 's destroyed ,

All badly spoilt ,

Which "wise evil ones "

Got it soiled ,

Who's accountable ?

Scented flowers

For ever gone astray ,

White lilies , hydrangeas ,

Bales of hay ...

They've built buildings ,

Skyscrapers ,

Everywhere ...

Who's laid waste

Our fine rose gardens

To make us such pains ?

Pleasant meadows ,

Now ,

They only became shadows

Covered up by smokes

On reflecting towers ...

Oil slicks make me sick ,

I must say ,

Nothing dear remains

All around here ,

So I'm gone ...

Gone like the river

To the dephts of the Earth ,

Filling a main sewer ...

Yes , for sure , from the heavens

Has fallen upon us

A curse :

This new desert ...

But what will our children say

Of dreams gone by

We cheerful played ,

Runnin ' round

Magic sceneries

Faded away ?...
